📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess farmers' and agribusinesses' needs and recommend suitable agritech solutions.
• Provide training and support on using agritech tools and software like FarmOS, AgroAPI, and GIS mapping.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of agritech implementations on productivity and profitability.
• Stay updated with the latest agritech trends and innovations to advise on best practices.
• Collaborate with the GreenFuture Agritech Solutions team to develop and refine agritech solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network and share knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of agritech training programs for farmers and agribusinesses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture, agronomy, or agribusiness.
• Strong understanding of agritech solutions and their applications in agriculture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with farmers and agribusinesses.
• Proficiency in using agritech tools and software like FarmOS, AgroAPI, and GIS mapping.
• Ability to travel to farms and agribusinesses in and around Pangkal Pinang.
• Certification in agritech or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
