As an Airfreight Coordinator / Executive, you will be at the heart of our air cargo operations, working closely with international clients and our global network of partners. This role is perfect for a candidate with a passion for logistics and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will use industry-standard tools like SAP, Cargowise, and IATA systems to manage shipments, track performance, and ensure seamless air cargo operations.

In this role, you will handle end-to-end air cargo operations, from booking and scheduling to tracking and delivering shipments. You'll work with a diverse range of clients, including e-commerce companies, manufacturers, and importers, providing them with tailored solutions for their air cargo needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end air cargo operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
• Coordinate with international clients and our global network of partners to ensure smooth and efficient cargo movements.
• Use industry-standard tools like SAP, Cargowise, and IATA systems to manage and track shipments.
• Monitor and analyze cargo performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with international air cargo regulations and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline cargo operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance our air cargo services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in air cargo operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience using SAP, Cargowise, or other air cargo management systems.
• Strong knowledge of international air cargo regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid IATA license or willingness to obtain one.
