📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems, including data backup and disaster recovery.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Collaborate with other IT staff to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Conduct regular system performance reviews and make recommendations for improvements.,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Experience with IT security best practices and tools.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
