📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate drones equipped with LiDAR and multispectral sensors to capture high-resolution aerial imagery and data.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure drone functionality and safety.
• Collect and process data for land mapping, vegetation monitoring, and environmental assessments.
• Collaborate with the geospatial analysis team to ensure data accuracy and project success.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the overall success of our agricultural and environmental initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest drone technology and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
• Comply with all safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Drone Operator or in a related role.
• Certification as a Remote Pilot in Command (RPC) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in drone operation software such as Pix4D, DJI Ground Station, or similar.
• Strong understanding of LiDAR and multispectral sensor technology.
• Knowledge of GIS software such as QGIS or ArcGIS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
