PT Ratu Unggul is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is based in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Handle all aspects of vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and tax compliance.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and accidents.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the fleet.,Analyze and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for commercial vehicle operation.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
