HSE Executive (Health, Safety & Environment)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and programs that align with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. You will work closely with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. With a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month, this position offers a chance to grow within a leading company in the hospitality and tourism industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure workplace safety.
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliance issues.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on HSE best practices.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Certification in ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001 (EMS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international occupational health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in using HSE management software such as SAP EHS, QHSE, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
