📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and screening candidates using various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a bilingual or international context.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Knowledge of recruitment software such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Experience with Chinese enterprise recruitment is a plus.
