📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for MEPF works, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze cost data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify cost accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and submit cost reports, invoices, and financial statements to clients and internal departments.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction cost management.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPF Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in construction cost management.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using cost management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
