Hokian Maya Gadget is looking for a talented and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a deep understanding of the tech industry. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide input on recruitment strategies.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and support to the hiring manager to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Knowledge of English and other local languages is a plus.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.
