CV Duta Property is looking for a talented and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our properties. You will work closely with our project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of properties,Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality,Inspect properties to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment,Maintain and update project documentation and records,Provide guidance and support to project teams,Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction or maintenance process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment,Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits
