📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Provide financial support to cross-functional teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
