📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist registered nurses in patient care and treatment.,Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.,Prepare and administer medications as directed by registered nurses.,Assist in the preparation of patient rooms and equipment.,Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.,Participate in team meetings and follow hospital protocols and guidelines.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care area.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent.,Completion of a nursing assistant or similar training program.,Valid nursing assistant certification or license.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with patient care and medical procedures is a plus.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and equipment.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.🛠️ Keahlian
