📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Site Engineer in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.,Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and proposing solutions.,Manage and supervise the work of subcontractors and site staff, ensuring quality standards are met.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of the work and address any concerns.,Prepare and maintain detailed records of site activities, including progress reports and safety documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive on-site.
