📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep the restaurant's offerings fresh and exciting.,Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that the kitchen meets the needs of the dining room and other departments.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure efficient operations and a pleasant working environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of the food served.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning to support the efficient preparation of food.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff and other departments.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Experience with budget management and cost control in a food service environment.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other department heads.
