📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community leaders to identify and address healthcare challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and patient outcomes.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor healthcare professionals on best practices and evidence-based approaches.
• Partner with local stakeholders to advocate for policy changes that enhance healthcare access and equity.
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices to continuously improve healthcare delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare excellence, quality improvement, or a similar role.
• Certification in Healthcare Quality Improvement (CHQI) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including ISO, Joint Commission International (JCI), and local guidelines.
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
