📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance programs to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
Ensure continuous education and training for staff to maintain high standards of care.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities and outcomes.
Participate in continuous quality improvement projects to enhance the overall performance of the hospital.
Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or healthcare management.
Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., Joint Commission International, ISO standards).
Proficient in using quality management software such as QI Macra, Lean Six Sigma, or similar tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
