Local Shine Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and administrative tasks.,Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and improve HR practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
