Base Home Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping others. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
