📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales tracking.,Support the Store Manager in implementing and maintaining store policies and procedures.,Assist in training and developing store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.,Assist in coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills to address customer and operational issues promptly.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
