📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve our organization's goals and objectives.,Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures that are in line with industry best practices and regulations.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Ensure that all departmental activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.,Represent the department at internal and external meetings, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization, preferably in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of healthcare industry best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Ability to travel, as needed.
