📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures,Oversee staff scheduling and performance,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Manage inventory levels and order restocking,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
