PT Pratama Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide training as needed.,Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.,Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
