Shop Bold Sejahtera is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance activities of the facility, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.,Inspect and maintain all equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Monitor and report on maintenance costs and budget adherence.,Conduct regular equipment audits to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Certifications in relevant maintenance areas (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.

🛠️ Keahlian
