📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the purchasing process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.,Lead and mentor junior purchasing staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
