Hokian Eko Bangunan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the tax compliance and planning activities of our company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate and individual income tax returns, value-added tax (VAT), and other relevant taxes.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax-related transactions and records to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Provide guidance and training to junior tax officers and other staff members on tax laws, regulations, and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company's tax practices are in compliance with these changes.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, accountants, and legal advisors, to address tax-related issues and concerns.,Monitor and report on tax-related expenses and deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Prepare and present tax-related reports and analyses to senior management and board members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, with a strong background in tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA), is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate and individual income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
