📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement care plans for residents, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide personalized care.
• Lead and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare staff, fostering a supportive and professional work environment.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet the needs of residents and the nursing home.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing management, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
• Certification in Nursing Management or a related field (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, Certified Nurse Administrator).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices in Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
