CV Nusa Restu is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team in Manado. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to start right away, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the management team to implement and monitor operational processes, and you will be the first point of contact for any issues or concerns that arise.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure. You should also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns.
  • Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide support to the management team as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required.
