🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting.
• Certification in Montessori education (e.g., AMI Montessori Certification) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Montessori curriculum and philosophy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
