📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users and departments.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for hardware and software solutions.,Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.,Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
