📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients.
  • Train and supervise junior staff in cooking techniques and food safety.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance culinary operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.
  • Proven track record of preparing high-quality meals.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with local and international cuisines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Valid food handler's certificate.
