Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cutover Manager to join our Global Transformation Program in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our global transformation initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the cutover process for global transformation projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project timelines and deliverables with the overall transformation strategy.,Develop and implement detailed cutover plans, including risk assessments, contingency plans, and communication strategies.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status and potential impacts.,Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and continuous improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project and change management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale transformations.,Proven experience in leading cutover processes for global projects.,Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
