As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products and services. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and maintain API documentation.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Ensure documentation is consistent with brand voice and style guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes.,Proficiency in English for writing technical documents.,Experience with API documentation tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Markdown and other documentation tools.
