As a Delivery Planning Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of products to various locations in Bali. You will work closely with our sales and distribution teams to ensure that our products are delivered on time and in the right quantities. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing delivery performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain delivery schedules and plans using SAP and Excel.
• Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Monitor and analyze delivery performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on delivery performance.
• Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
• Implement and monitor delivery quality control measures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain coordination.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and planning.
• Strong understanding of local logistics and distribution networks in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain software such as JDA or Manhattan Associates is a plus.
• Certification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is a plus.
