📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update vessel documentation, including crew lists, certificates, and safety equipment records.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with international and local regulations.
• Coordinate with the crew and other departments to ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Use software like Vesselsuite or similar to maintain and update vessel records.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Train and mentor new team members on documentation procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated with changes in maritime regulations and ensure our documentation practices reflect these changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maritime documentation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and local Indonesian regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with vessel documentation software like Vesselsuite or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in ISM (International Safety Management) or other relevant maritime certifications is a plus.
