📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough job analysis to understand the specific needs of our clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Utilize recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline the hiring process.
• Provide guidance and advice to candidates throughout the recruitment journey, helping them to develop their careers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive and productive recruitment experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and the ability to identify and attract top talent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
