📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of layer egg farms, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
• Implement and monitor feeding programs to optimize egg production and animal health.
• Conduct regular health checks and disease prevention measures to maintain flock well-being.
• Manage inventory and procurement of feed, medication, and other supplies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of egg quality.
• Train and mentor farm staff on best practices in poultry care and farm management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on farm performance and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in poultry farming or related industry.
• Proven experience in layer egg farm management and operations.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including SOP for poultry farming.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
