Superlon Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning & Control Executive to join our warehouse team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, control, and warehouse management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock control within the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or warehouse industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
