As the Head of IoT Solutions, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of IoT projects, from concept to deployment. Your expertise in IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, and LoRaWAN will be crucial in ensuring reliable and efficient communication between devices. Additionally, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Lead and manage IoT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement IoT strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy IoT solutions using tools like Node-RED, AWS IoT, and Azure IoT Hub.
• Ensure the security and scalability of IoT systems by implementing best practices and protocols.
• Monitor and analyze IoT data to drive insights and improve system performance.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Stay updated with the latest IoT trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our IoT capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IoT solutions, with a proven track record in leading projects.
• Certifications in IoT technologies such as AWS Certified IoT Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure IoT Developer, or similar.
• Strong understanding of IoT protocols and standards, including MQTT, CoAP, and LoRaWAN.
• Experience with IoT platforms and tools such as Node-RED, AWS IoT, and Azure IoT Hub.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze IoT data.
